The Center for seafarers welfare is a voluntary organization established to promote the seafarers welfare in Indian ports and at sea.
The committee is uniquely placed to advice those in need of assistance and provide practical help, recreation, legal assistance, education, and other charitable services for the comfort and well-being of seafarers of all nations and it is purely dedicated for the implementation of the national and international conventions and instruments on seafarers’ welfare and to assist/co-operate other Maritime Welfare Organizations.
It also provides advice and assistance to seafarers in such cases with their legal and work related problems.
